VOCCESS – the new application that will give you guidance in your career

The Association for Professional Training and Services in the field of entrepreneurship – CEFE Macedonia, together with four other expert organizations from Spain, Bulgaria, Italy, and Turkey, created their first online tool for career profiling and guidance of young people – the application VOCCESS.

Through the VOCCESS application – young people will be able to explore their interests, passions, talents, abilities, and values related to their future careers. The goal is to guide you step by step towards your career and guide you on the path to what you really want to do in your life.

So far, it has been tested and used by over 200 young people from Bulgaria, Spain, Turkey, and Italy. In Macedonia, the tool was tested at online career development workshops. 60 high school students in Kocani and Sv. Nikole, as well as students at the University Goce Delchev in Stip. At these workshops, after the young people got an idea of their career, they had the opportunity to make a plan and strategy for their desired career through the VOCCESS online career development course.

The creation of the tool is done through the VOCCESS methodology. To create the tests, questions, and results in the VOCCESS application, the experts used: Jung archetypes, a theory of many intelligence, NLP, and career coaching techniques and professional career.

VOCCESS is already available and you can download it on Google Play for all Android devices, and very soon for iOS devices. The application has been translated into 6 languages: English, Spanish, Macedonian, Italian, Turkish, and Bulgarian. That makes it understandable to more than 70% of career counselors, teachers, parents, and young people around the world.

The application, methodology, and online course are available free of charge to all interested educators, facilitators, trainers, counselors, professors, teachers from Macedonia, thanks to the project “VOCCESS ONLINE”, which is funded by the Erasmus + Strategic Partnership Program of the European Commission.
