Two projects focused on social entrepreneurship to cooperate in Macedonia

On 04.12.2020, Mr. Jovan Stalevski from CEFE Macedonia, who is representative of the project “Social Entrepreneurship 4 Youth”, funded by Erasmus+ Programe of European Commission, held a meeting with Mr. Mindaugas Danys, Long Term Expert on the project “Support to social enterprises” in N. Macedonia, funded by the European Union.

SE4You is focusing on supporting young people who want to learn and grow both professionally and personally by caring for others and their environment. The project “Support to social enterprises” has a wider perspective to establish a support structure for existing and potential social enterprises/entrepreneurs by establishing a Social Enterprise Support Team and a network of local support contact points, while ensuring that the venues around the country are functioning and providing solutions for sustainability.

The potential cooperation we are seeing as promoting social entrepreneurship, sharing methodologies, training materials, target groups, mentors, trainers, communication capacity, and channels. Also, the target group in Macedonia could benefit from the possibility of 10 scholarships for students for one or two months to work within local social enterprises and financial grants for existing or new social enterprises.
