Successfully completed training for trainers in Turkey

On September 29, 2021, in Sakarya, Turkey, was held the 14-day training for Trainers according to CEFE methodology. Participants from Venezuela, the Philippines, Macedonia, Turkey, Bulgaria, and Uganda are taking part in the training.
During the training, the participants had the opportunity to get acquainted in detail with CEFE methodology, as well as to organize and simulate exercises and tools from it. The training was part of the project GET YES 2 – “Global Exchange and Training for Youth Employment Services 2”, and as master trainers were Jovan Stalevski from Macedonia, Juan Jose Moyà, and Laura Gayoso from Venezuela. In the following period, the trainers will implement local trainings for young people in their home countries under the mentorship of the master trainers. The satisfaction from the realized Training for trainers was at a high level, and it ended with a ceremony at which the Certificates for the participants were awarded.
This training aims to create competent trainers and entrepreneurship leaders who will use the CEFE Methodology and build entrepreneurial societies around the world, enabling young people to realize their ideas and professional plans. The GET YES2 project is funded by the Erasmus+ program and involves 6 partner organizations, CEFE Macedonia, ADFEC (Philippines), DEM (Turkey), Drucilla (Uganda), Cefe Venezuela, ITTI (Bulgaria).
