In the frames of the project “Youth, EMployment and Skills”, project of GIZ Kosovo, financed by the German-Kosovar Cooperation for Development, CEFE Macedonia as a subcontractor, realized two batches of soft-skills trainings.
The trainings lasted for 5 days (15-19.01.2018 и 22-26.01.2018), took place in the CIVIC Center in North Mitrovica and covered 50 young, unemployed people, separated into two groups of 25 people.
On this trainings, the young, unemployed people from Mitrovica, Zubin Potok, Zvecan and Leposavic, acquired new set of knoledge and skills in the filed of communication, personal development, proper behavior at the work place, team work, leadership, networking, job seeking, professionalism and problem solving.
The next phase of the project is the job fair, where the participants of this trainings will have a chance to meet and network with the businesses which will be part of the project and will offer the paid internship. The internship will bi 150 euros per month and will be paid by CEFE Macedonia, with money secured as a part of the project itself, and will last for three months.
