National Report on Family Businesses

We present the research findings for:

The research was conducted in the period May-July 2017 by Natasha Chavdarovska and Simona Mladenovska, experts from CEFE Macedonia and the National Youth Council of Macedonia.

All research activities are within the FABUS project https://www.fabuss-project.eu/, which is a 24 month youth ERASMUS + project aimed at helping young family-related businesses to be trained in efficient business succession . Its target group is comprised of people between the ages of 18 and 35 who want to take over the family business at some point in the future. These people with inheritance aspirations have the skills and knowledge to effectively develop their business through the implementation of innovative strategies, including expanding their markets through networking and collaboration with similar enterprises in other countries.
