Access to self-employment for Macedonian Roma and Egyptian community

In June 2017, CEFE Macedonia conducted trainings on business planning and financial management for about 40 entrepreneurs from Roma, Egyptians and other minorities from Skopje and Southwest region.
Business planning training was held on June 5-6 in Skopje and June 12-13 in Ohrid, where participants learned what the business plan consists of, which skills are necessary for successful realization of business plan and business idea development.
Financial Management Trainings were held on June 19-20 in Ohrid and June 28-29 in Skopje, where the participants gained the skills for predicting cash flows, reading financial data, awareness and differentiation of expenses, creating prices, sales Techniques and a financial plan.
The trainers Zoran Vitanov and Jovan Stalevski conducted the training in a way that has been proven to create entrepreneurs – practice!
